All applicants must be high school seniors and have applied to a college and/or university for Fall 2015 admission. All applications must be completed accurately and on time. Applications will be accepted until May 31, 2015 at midnight Central time.

Personal Essay
Please submit a 500 word essay describing your educational goals and why Al's Formal Wear should help you achieve them by investing in your education. The essay must be your own effort and must be written in English.

Additional Materials
Please submit these additional materials to complete your scholarship application. Letters of Recommendation: Please submit two (2) letters of recommendation from adults who know you well, but are not related to you. You may ask a teacher, clergyman, employer, active supervisor, coach or any other person who is capable of recognizing your personal qualities and accomplishments. Transcript: Please submit the most recent copy of your school transcript. Submit these materials in a single, business-size envelope mailed to: Al's Formal Wear Scholarship Committee 7807 Main Street Houston, Texas 77030 Please make sure your return address, especially the applicant's name, is in the upper left-hand corner of the envelope. These materials must be postmarked no later than May 31, 2015.
