Our Customer's Expectations

A true professional in our business rarely has a reorder for size. Many long-term employees and managers have a very low reorder percentage, 1% to 3%. So, in 100 orders they might need to reorder 2 or 3 garments. How do they do it?

Remember that becoming a fit professional easily eliminates this type of customer issue. It's your job to get it right!! The first time!!

Activity:

Get with your District Manager or Store Manager for your store’s reorder rate. Thinking back over the last couple of weekends, review how many customers you measured that needed a different size item each week and work to get that number down. Do you see a trend? Do you have a problem with a specific item or measurement; shirts, coats, outseams, sleeve length, little boys or big men? By assessing where your problem areas are, you can work to eliminate those mistakes. Post your thoughts on your store’s reorder rate. Explain any trend or problems you identified.
