Professional Level Sales Standards

  1. Professional retail sale presentation - Present your customers with a professional presentation: lay out the entire tuxedo, with two shirt styles, for the customer to see. Place the vest/cummerbund inside the coat. Display two styles of studs & links (one formal, one more casual). Complete the ensemble with shoes, socks, handkerchief, and suspenders. Whenever possible, get the customer into the merchandise so he can see how good he looks.
  2. Professional wedding presentation - Help capture the bride and groom's vision with our merchandise. Let the bride know that you want to help make her special day perfect. Instill the customer with confidence in our product, your product knowledge, and professional services. Go for maximum performance for the customer's wedding.
  3. Turn over any customer before a walk - If your customer is walking, let someone else do the talking. If you are not able to get the sale, turn the customer over to your manager or another consultant, in an effort to close the deal. Take advantage of your resources. Make every customer an opportunity for revenue for your store.
